Everything is second to none, the room is well soundproofed and beautifully designed with a beautiful space, terrace in green garden, as for instance. The breakfast is extensive and sumptuous with great views and fresh squeezed orange juice, for instance, and the service is good. Everyone is pleasant and host too.

all in all they offer good service. the rooms are great-sized and air-conditioned with particularly nice views. staff is outstandingly accommodating and you can park your car nearby. the location of the hotel is wonderful, near a tunnel, the wonderous beaches of punta palomas and bolognia, and a beautiful tranquil garden.
Modest breakfast, it should be much better.

The hotel is wonderfully small and beautifully appointed. Excellent amenities, including an elevator and a convenience store. The staff members are all really friendly and incredibly welcoming.

Staff attention and cleanliness are excellent
Nowadays having internet in a hotel is vital. In the rooms there was no data collection and wifi almost didn't arrive. To top it all off, TV didn't have a data connection either, it also depended on the almost non-existent wifi, so you couldn't have netflix or anything like that either. There is only internet in the pool and in common rooms. If you have to be connected for work or do some management, badly we go. kitchen of the hotel is outsourced, food in general is very fair and with a scarce menu, there was no variety, same lunch menu is the one for dinner, at an excessive price to all views. You can not order food at home either. hotel is on the road and ten km from Tarifa and Algeciras, in an intermediate point. There are no restaurants nearby, you have to go to one of the two towns in order to have an alternative to the poor dining room of the establishment

Ok location - distance wise - for getting to/from Tarifa. Also the only hotel I found at short notice that wasn't stupidly expensive. Considering the not so great location (right on a busy road) the hotel surprises you when you enter. Very nice rooms (good views from mine) and pool area. Once in your room - you wouldn't know you were by a main road.
Breakfast is expensive and not much to choose from. You get a coffee/tea with croissant/bread and that's pretty much it. Overpriced.

It is an ideal place to spend a few days with the family in Tarifa. Location, despite looking a bit away from the beaches and next to the national highway, is what makes the place so special. It is in the middle of the mountains and hotel accompanies the place. It is full of wonderful hydrangeas, plants and a decoration that makes the place beautiful and very pleasant. views from the rooms and dining room are very beautiful. place to relax, be with the family, make plans in the Sierra de Cádiz as well. breakfast buffet is good and well priced.
There are three things that can be improved about the site, and they are very important to me. Safety for kids who are little. There is direct access to the road (the gate in front of the reception is open continuously during the day), a small child can slip through the gaps in the terraces and there is no protective fence in the pool (they can be thrown directly). On the other hand, the food in the restaurant can be greatly improved. We did not like it and they confirm opinions we had read from other users. Neither the service of the restaurant is friendly and I think that on this side it underestimates how good is the service part of the hotel. Another thing to improve is the isolation of the rooms. You can hear everything. These are details that do not make, however, my experience and feelings about the hotel are bad. It can only be improved

charming hotel! located in a good place, quiet, no noise, no fuss. If personal, out of the ordinary, if you are attended by Miguel, more than one, all are very helpful and very attentive. The breakfast is very good and complete. They have free and paid parking. if you have a car something special or you want to be sure, they keep the car in a very special garage (paid 8 euros) but you sleep quietly, We initially stayed only 1 night. we decided to stay 1 night more, we had no reservation, all complete, Miguel, we managed to accommodate in another room, a lower price than paid (we are talking about August), to our surprise, did not give a cabin, if you have children, is to book, for a long time, super, I am left without good words, Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with big rooms, terrace and beautiful view. We stayed there for 1 night only, but the feeling was that we would prefer to stay for a week!

service when we arrived for lunch at the Redtairante was abysmal. Waiting for a table at the bar we were not even offered something to drink, if we wanted to order. Once we sat down nobody brought us the menu, we had to get up to get it. food and drinks took quite a while and what surprised us most was that although they were busy or understaffed, no one came to ask or apologize for the delay but the treatment was rather dry and distant by the waitress. only one, blonde waitress (I don't remember her name) who came to the service when we called her (because she also realized how bad the service was that day). gazpacho was quite watery and did not have much flavor. swordfish, on the other hand, was very tasty. We understand that any business can have a day like this but they would have to know how to handle the situation and at least apologize or come and talk to the customer. redheaded waitress did not do that at any time and was very dry and condescending to us. As a customer service worker I found that very unprofessional. The hotel is very good in general. reception too and rooms are beautiful, To go to Tarifa super close in... Car. Thanks to all the team..
